No, a dealership in the US. They told me one tech sat in the cargo area while another tech drove the car over bumps until they figured out how to eliminate the rattle. A year later I started hearing a knocking sound coming from the rear cargo area when going over bumps. They found a leaking rear shock absorber; replaced both shocks; problem solved. These were the only two issues I had with my 450 over 32K miles. When the warranty ran out I traded it for a 580; now 4,000 miles later, no issues.

No im in the usa, no i havent had a chance to take it in yet. My wife and i hate the rear camera noise. Also when i go over bumps sometimes it bottoms out hard like the shocks are bad especially when i have rear passengers , which should not happen.

Siless Max 120 mil (3mm) 6 sqft Car Sound Deadening mat - Butyl Automotive Sound Deadener - Noise Insulation and Vibration Dampening Material (6 sqft)
You can get this from Amazon. You only need one box. I bought 2 boxes and returned one of them. The dealer indicated to add more sheets to the rear door would add too much weight that could compromise the lift system for the rear door. Make sure your dealer adds the other two Mercedes items to your car as well. See my subsequent post below:

I just looked at the work order the dealer gave us, which describes what the dealer did. It looks as if they installed MP Parts, a "Dampening, Floor" and a "Dampening, Flap", as well as the "cust supplied" [the box of Siless] materials. The work order [MB Work Order-08122025.pdf] is attached with the MB Part numbers. Hope it is of help to others.
