Took delivery on our custom build GLE 400 a few weeks ago. As the weather has turned colder, I notice a squeak as I turn the wheel. Mainly only hear it in parking lots or when exiting garage and putting vehicle into drive. Is this something I need to take to dealer?

It is most likely from the wheels...I guess your vehicle has 22"? If that is the case, there is nothing to worry about.

Don't suspect the wheels. Noise is internal in the cabin. Spoke to dealer yesterday. They told me to schedule an appointment. They will also fix an annoying expansion noise on the crappy plastic trim in center console.
