Hi! I am a new owner of a 2016 GLE 4 MATIC. I picked it up last week and I love it! I am trying to learn all of its great features. I notice that, on occasion, it feels like someone is hitting the steering column with a hammer or some object. The "pounding" is three or four "hits" in a row, then it disappears. Could this be a vibration from the Active Lane Assist feature? Thank you for any information.

Does it only happen when you turn on the Active Lane Assist feature? This is actually the first time I'm hearing about this.

I suspect this is the active lane assist.
