Hi Guys

Is there a way to start the engine on SPORT+ mode always? I have the GLE 450 Coupe

Press START Button twice without stepping on BRAKE. Dynamic Select light will go on. Select the mode desired. Then START engine with Brake pressed.

I thought about it before, but only pressed "START" once, no light lit up, cannot change the mode.
Then I googled SPORT PLUS START UP EXHAUST. A youtube video popped up. A C450 AMG start engine on SPORT PLUS mode with aggressive exhaust tone.
A few links below. A thread on that MBworld from that owner showing it.

Internet and Google is amazing. Saved myself $250 installing a module.

The ridiculous thing is the MB USA doesn't know this. Customer service, tech manager, kept telling there is no way to start the car in any mode other than comfort.

press the start button twice, until you can move the dial from comfort to sport and sport+. Make sure you keep your foot off the break, you dont want to start the car, just get the accessories on. Once it's in sport +, apply the break and push the start button again.

But no way for a "smart" car with more computers in it than what we landed on the moon with to know that you ALWAYS want to start in that mode, or at least, Individual mode, since that is what I programmed. At least give me the option to set my start...anyone know how to do that, so it always starts in mode I drive in 90% of the time?

Lots of stupidness about this technology, wish they gave it some thought from the driver's point of view.

Do they ever really produce anything thought of from the drivers point of view ? It's quite ridiculous. This "smart" technology is without a doubt, stupid technology
