Squeaky door rubbers

2020 GLE - is it normal to have squeaky door rubbers? I can hear them in low speed humps.
Secondly - when braking in low speed - does anyone feels like the vehicle keeps kicking forward ?

No. Sounds like the door may not be aligned properly.
