side door

i have a problem with my side door on GLE 2016 is not open and the window is not working even the mirror
i thing is humidity in the plug but i cant open the door to clean it

The door itself is a mechanical latch, so humidity in the eletrical system wouldn't be the issue for it not opening.

Sounds like you need to take a trip to the dealership and have it looked at.
