Thanks. Yes, I probably would have gone with the Macan because it would have been a lot cheaper ~65k withheld options I wanted. The MB discount I get is 12.25%, so it takes me down to about the same price.Congratulations.
Do you think you would have gone with the Macan if you didn't have the discount? And how much is that discount by the way?
Welcome to the forum!!!
Getting dealers to battle on price might be something worth trying, i know some guys that have been doing that with luck. You lose 20% of its value once rolling it off the dealership floor for the first time, so why notIt was $76k and some change after additions. I have a few weeks now to cross shop while I wait.
This 75th Anniversary Special APR by the North Island Credit Union of San Diego is coming to an end this month, a week from today.
If you are planning to buy new or used, or to refinance a car a few months from now, you can still avail of this special APR by getting pre-approved before the rate is gone (back to the the still low APR of 1.99% for 60 mos), and the NICU can extend it for the next three months.
Congratulations to the new Porsche Macan and future Mercedes Benz GLE 450 Coupe owners (you know who you are!)

I am purchasing it. Financing I got was 1.75% for 75mo.I thought you were fully purchasing it instead of leasing the GLE but it's great to see that you got a great deal on it. Do you plan to buy it after the lease is up?
Were you by any chance able to negotiate price down or was that not possible?I am purchasing it. Financing I got was 1.75% for 75mo.
Down from the 12.25% I'm getting? No way, not possible. I could only find 1 dealership willing to use the control (% off) number right now. Were you by any chance able to negotiate price down or was that not possible?
Unfortunately, it's a control code, through a friend who works for MB.I live in Southern CA and looking to order a GLE400. Would you share the name of Dealer and salesman you are dealing with.
12.5% is the best deal I've heard of.
Thanks
