Certainly makes it more clear what is going on with these technologies instead of feeling like you have to figure it out on your own. They should do digital owner's manuals that have a bunch of videos like this in it and you can have it on the infotainment system or your smartphone.

Takes a lot of work but i see it as an investment, especially with the wealth of tech we have going on. Sure to save customers a lot of back and forth to the dealer.

And I think that the best customer service is the customer service you don't have to use because there was never a problem or you could fix it yourself. Educating people about their vehicles is probably a great investment. Likely saves money.
