The first corner of the video is taken quite nicely at speed. Looks like a fun car to drive.

Eh, if I really needed a fun car I'd buy a Mercedes SLK.

I just want the GLE to sound good, look alluring, ride well, and transport my family safely.

Exactly.

Plus there's only so much fun you can expect in these, what ever "fun" is had is a bonus. But then again that "fun" depends on you experience with other vehicles.

Thats nonsense. If you like to drive you like to driver period. There's an old MotoGP quote that goes you don't ride the bike you want, you ride the bike you have.

I've always took that to mean enjoy what you have and thats your enjoyment. Driving is FUN, but too many people think FUN can only be had with the absolute perfect procurement of machinery...

Like I was saying, this car looks fun to drive. I don't need a sports car to have fun driving. As long as it has some pick up and a nice ride to it, I think that it can be as fun as you drive it.

Exactly.

As long as you can get the level of fun you want out of it for the type of vehicle it is, then there's no problem, plus it's an AMG!
