Because of Covid concerns my wife has used alcohol on the interior trim of her 2018 GLE. The trim has become stained. Is there anything one can do, short of replacing the trim pieces, to remove these stains and restore the appearance of the trim?

Try going to a textiles shop, maybe they have a remedy for these stains
