I have a GLE SUV 2020 model. Despite looking through the manual, I cannot remove the parcel shelf from its storage location under the boot floor. One end does retract when pressed, but not enough to manoeuvre the shelf out of the compartment. Help! Thank you.

Are you talking about the parcel cover behind the seat backs? If so you push the bar toward the side that retracts and lift up.
