Does anyone know how to remove the front ashtray? The manual is no help.

Honestly have no idea, that thing is usually reserved for coins and random bits and bobs. Brute force?

On previous Mercedes this has been no easy task. Most of the time it involved removing the whole center console. Mercedes used to hide screws behind the chrome inserts, and around the cigarette lighters. Either way you've got your work cut out for ya aha.
