I bought a 2016 gle coupe with premium plus package. before selling The sales man told me that i would be able to open the boot with feet gesture. When the car arrived ths function was missing. now he says this function is not there and he made a mistake in informing me while selling.

Any advice?

do you think he missold the car?

What can i do to make claims?
