Exhaust noise

I recently picked up a new 2016 GLE350 after trading in my ML350. I am truly disappointed in the interior noise level. There is a whining noise coming from the rear right at low speeds. I brought it to the dealer only to be informed that the noise is an exhaust issue with the 2016 models. Even though they are aware of the problem it is not a recall and they did not offer to fix it. I expected more from a Mercedes Benz. I will continue to try to get them to fix this. The noise is driving me nuts.
