Sorry to hear that you're having so many problems with your GLE. The only thing I can think of is to keep asking your dealership to fix the problems and if they can't you may be able to enact the Lemon law. Sounds a bit dangers to have your car keep pulling you to the right.

That stinks, you're stuck with an older model exhaust instead of the one you paid for. Not sure what the difference is, maybe the straight pipes gives you a louder exhaust sound? Not a high pitch hum but a normal exhaust sound.
