There is usually a quick access button on the steering wheel or dash to disable these kinds of systems, but I don't think there is one on the 350. Time to pull out your owners manual.
Disable automatic braking
Anyone know how to disable the automatic braking on a GLE 350 4Matic? This morning our GLE braked so hard, for a car not in our lane, that it hurt my wife's back. I find this nanny crap insulting and not far from dangerous. Ideas?

You might have some luck in finding a fuse related to this but sometimes functions are batched so in that case you would be out of luck.
