I’m hoping I can get some feedback from the group. I placed an order for a GLE450 through my local MB dealer at the end of Dec 2019. To date they have not even been able to provide me an anticipated delivery date or even an order number in the MB system for me to track the build. I am at a total loss as this seems completely way too long and I’m getting no where with the dealer. They just say we told you up to 4 months from ordering for delivery (although when I ordered they said end of Feb). Any insight would be greatly appreciated! TY. Seth

May I inquire, though so much time has passed. I found the GLE450 order at the post office and the shipping company is still holding the tracking number to send it to the recipient. It's been about two years, but I noticed at my new job that some packages really still haven't been shipped or have been replaced. Since I am a supervisor and am tasked with tracking down missing packages, is there any way I can find out if you received your order right away or four months later, or if you didn't receive it at all? Here is the speedpak tracking number and you can see it. Please don't block and give feedback.
