This is a concept sketch of the 300 SL Gullwing done by Matthias Botcher, a transport designer from Stuttgart, Germany. Some have suggested it should be the next Vision Gran Turismo vehicle. What elements from this sketch would you like to see in some way or another on Mercedes vehicles?

Looks like poured metal. The wheel fender flares actually looks pretty interesting as do the headlights but that's pretty much all I can see that's usable in production design. Maybe the front splitter too?

The headlight design could be used in a supercar level vehicle from Mercedes Benz. Tail lights too.

It's cool how the front design makes it look like they've stretched a piece of metal over the frame of the vehicle.

Doubt it'll ever go into production but that stretched metal concept makes the car look like it's in the middle of being camouflaged. Not so well executed in the rear.
