As the title states; I am looking for a way to turn-off the Adaptive Volume Control...
I find it annoying that the volume decreases when the vehicle slows down, and increases as I pickup speed.
I just want the volume to be set at whatever I select, and remain that way.

I've had many vehicles that have this feature, and every one of them have a means to disable this function.
This is my first Mercedes... and I cannot find a way to disable it.

Here's the closest thing I've found (in the video below)... but it doesn't seem to change anything.
Whether I select it 'on' or 'off', the volume keeps adjusting to my driving speed.

I have discussed the issue with my dealer. They believe something is wrong with the MBUX system, as the 'Automatic Adjustment' screen button (as shown in the video above) should enable / disable this feature. In my case; it does nothing. The volume automatically raises when I drive, and lowers when i come to a stop - no matter whether I have that option enabled or disabled.

I have an appointment to take the vehicle in, this Wednesday for diagnosis.

Well... I brought the vehicle to the dealer.
They acknowledged that there is a problem... but they aren't able to fix it.

They did a software update on the MBUX, but it didn't help.
Past that, they hav eno idea what to do.

This might be my first and last Mercedes...
