I've managed to break my passenger side mirror while backing out of the garage. It's pretty badly broken..i think the whole thing will have to be replaced. Any idea on how much it could cost and the best way to go about it. Thanks.

I would imagine that a full OEM mirror will probably run you a couple hundred bucks, plus whatever labor is required in installing it. Don't think you'll have any luck sourcing it through a wrecker on such a new model unfortunately. Ask your dealer for a quote.

Which GLE model do you have? The whole mirror assembly with surround view for the 2017 GLE 400 is around $400 and $289.60 without surround view. I assume yours will be in that general price area as well.

I have a 2017 GLE 350 that I broke part of the passenger side mirror while backing out of the garage. The cost with labor is going to be just over $1300.00. Be Careful!

GLE Mirror update

Let me update my posting from yesterday. The body shop found the surround view camera in that mirror to also be broken. The final amount was just over $2000.00. Be really careful with those mirrors!
