Bluetooth feature works great most of the times. However, some times (more often than I have seen in my previous car) the voice becomes cartoonish. A wierd ghost like or a comic character like. The receivers some times assume I am playing tricks. Is there an update to software or any Tip that can improve the reception ?

How often does Mercedes push Software updates - Not online of course (like tesla) but at the Dealer .

I think that's relative to owner feedback and complaints, but I would assume that its every couple months. And which audio is it that's becoming distorted? The person you are speaking with?

Slight pauses and delays while playing music are not noticeable. However, the issues I mentioned are for PHONE CALLS and its pretty annoying. I tried shutting down other apps on my iPhone like waze for example. But not improvement.
