The E-Mode / electric motor some times is not working even if the Battery is full charge and the car is in hybrid mode. I have tried to switch the engine on & off but nothing fixed the issue.

The car is in comfort setting so the E-Mode should work just fine.

Any idea how to fix this issue?

Yes. The small battery supplying power to electronics in the car we’re dead. The problem was fixed once a new battery was installed.

where is the location of this battery ? is it possible to fix it yourself or it must go to the dealer ?

Yes you can fix it yourself. It’s located in the trunk .. not under the seat
