2015 E220 Collision prevention and assist plus light up every time i touch the steering wheel!

I have a 2015 E220 and ever since i changed the battery the collision prevention and assist plus inoperative lights come on as soon as i touch the steering wheel, but no loss of power just the lights and i cant use cruise control plus stop start disappears once the warning lights come on. Has anyone else experienced this?
