Hey there. I have to say that from my personal experience there are a lot of benefits when it comes to the use of essential oils. I usually use them as a calming agent since I am prone to anxiety and panic attacks. I have started using essential oils (usually mint, lavender and sometimes lemon) when I was learning more about meditation and yoga. I started meditation as a way to calm myself and learn how to center myself and essential oils help me get in the zone that I need. I have tried many different brands throughout the years but the one I like very much and have purchased repeatedly are the essential oils by Plant Therapy. I usually order them online and they have a large selection of scents that you can choose from. I think that you should try essential oils if you are having trouble sleeping or staying calm. I found that they have been useful for m at least.
